We had the pleasure of reconnecting with Gen to hear about her experience with our worktop, one year on. Gen decided on the Statuario Gold, which still looked as good as the day they were installed Gen mentioned.

The Statuario Gold worktop creates a stunning contrast with the light grey cabinets, gold handles, and vintage accessories that Gen carefully selected to enhance the space. The true focal point, however, is the sunflower painting, a captivating piece by her daughter that adds a personal and vibrant touch to the kitchen. As Gen brewed her morning coffee and reached for a recipe book to plan lunch, we joined her with a cup of coffee and asked about her experience with her worktops, now one year in.

“We’ve had our worktops in for almost a year now and I think they look perfect as the day they were put in. The worktops are also really easy to maintain on a day-to-day basis, just general cleaner. It is just perfect.”
“So this is the second time that we’ve used it and obviously, for our kitchen and my mum’s. She came into our kitchen and was like wow, this looks absolutely amazing. And she wanted a similar worktop too. She absolutely loves her kitchen.”
“I think everyone says this but the island! It’s just beautiful and it feels like the well factor when you open the kitchen door. And we use it for all different reasons. Sit, eat and cook and it’s just like the entertaining area of the kitchen.”
