Perfectly Timed Kitchen Renovation

Choosing the Right Worktop

As Liam sips his freshly brewed coffee in his new kitchen, a sense of excitement fills the air. He and Beth, soon to be the Hadley family, are eagerly awaiting their fast-approaching wedding day. Every detail of their lives seems to be falling perfectly into place. The kitchen, with its pristine white cabinets, sophisticated worktops, and brass accents, has become their sanctuary—a place where they can cook, eat and create new memories together.

Beth and Liam decided on the Calacatta Venato Marble Quartz, known for its bold, dramatic veins and durability.

We had the pleasure of sitting down with Liam to understand the thought process behind choosing their perfect kitchen…
What inspired you to choose this kitchen design?
“Beth and I explored Mo’s StoneX website, which led us to a WhatsApp catalogue showcasing various kitchen designs in different styles. This helped us decide on the perfect one.”

This newly renovated space is not just any kitchen

Liam now enjoys grilling steaks on his state-of-the-art hot plate, making the most of the summer season and the stain-resistant splashback for those accidental oil splashes. The kitchen is part of an open-plan design, with the living room in front and the garden on the side, allowing ample natural light to stream through their large balcony doors. Moreover, the vintage landscape painting above the stove adds a touch of character, reflecting Beth’s appreciation for timeless art and personal touches.

Before finalising the worktops, the couple already had a vision for their kitchen, but the marble they chose tied it all together perfectly.

We are grateful to Beth and Liam for choosing us for their worktops and wish them all the best as they embark on this new chapter in their forever home.
