Once you have a design in mind, including your chosen material and details like thickness, edges, and cut-outs, simply send us your kitchen plan or measurements for a free, no-obligation quote.

From this point, you’ll have a dedicated project manager who will take care of you throughout the journey. They’ll make sure everything is clear, answer any questions, and help you feel confident in your choices.

If anything changes along the way, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll happily update your quote and keep things moving at your pace. We can also send out complimentary samples so you can see your chosen surface in your own home.

Secure your order & book templating

When you’re ready to move forward, your order can be secured with a small deposit. There’s no rush, we’ll work around your timeline.

Once your kitchen is ready, your project manager will arrange a templating appointment at a time that suits you. We aim to offer availability within 3 to 5 working days, helping you keep your project on track without unnecessary delays.

Precision templating

At this stage, one of our experienced specialists will visit your home to take precise measurements using advanced laser technology. This ensures your worktop fits perfectly, down to the smallest detail.

They’ll walk you through everything on the day, double-checking details and answering any last questions. If there are any changes or additions, your quote will be updated and confirmed with you before we proceed to the next stage.

Fabrication & installation

Your worktops are crafted in our state of the art UK facility, using advanced CNC technology and precision Italian machinery. Each piece is then carefully hand-finished to achieve a truly premium result.

We’ll arrange your installation for a date that works for you, typically within 7 to 12 working days from the day of the templating survey. Our team will keep you informed throughout and confirm your appointment in advance.

For an average sized kitchen, installation usually takes around 2 to 3 hours, with everything handled carefully to ensure a smooth and seamless finish.

Enjoy your new kitchen

Once everything is in place, it’s time to enjoy your new space. Your worktop comes with a lifetime warranty, giving you complete peace of mind. Even after installation, our team is always here if you need any support or advice.

As a finishing touch, you’ll also receive complimentary additions, including a matching chopping board and phone holder.

How to measure

Here’s how our kitchen worktop templating and measuring process works.

To receive an accurate quotation, simply upload your kitchen plan or send us your worktop measurements. If you have a design from your kitchen retailer, designer, or fitter, you can upload this directly through our quote form.If you don’t have a plan, provide a simple sketch showing the length and width of each worktop run, along with any splashbacks, upstands, or window sills. Please also include details of any sink cut-outs, hob cut-outs, tap holes, sockets, or other requirements.

Our quotations are based on a standard Double Bevel edge profile, although alternative edge details can be specified when requesting your quote.Once submitted, our team will review your measurements and contact you to confirm the details before preparing your quotation. If you proceed, we will carry out a professional template before fabrication to ensure a perfect fit.Looking for kitchen worktop costs or replacing existing worktops?
