Calacatta Caldia is a natural marble with a pale background and soft grey and warm-toned veining. The listed specification is a honed finish, 20 mm thickness and a 3000 × 1900 mm slab. Ask us to confirm current slab availability and suitability for your layout before ordering.
Calacatta Caldia has a pale, lightly clouded background with soft grey movement and occasional warm accents. The pattern is comparatively restrained, an option when you want natural variation without a strongly coloured surface.
Pair it with warm white, light grey or timber cabinetry, and compare it against your flooring to judge the undertones. Its honed finish suits a quieter kitchen palette.
Even a softly patterned marble varies from slab to slab. We check the distribution of veining across the proposed pieces, especially where long runs meet an island or upstand.

Marble is an iconic natural stone formed deep within the earth as limestone undergoes immense heat and pressure over time. Celebrated for its graceful veining, soft luminosity, and timeless appeal, every slab is entirely unique, bringing an unmistakable sense of luxury and artistry to a space. Favoured in some of the world’s most elegant interiors, marble offers enduring sophistication when cared for with regular sealing and gentle, pH-neutral cleaning products.
Marble can etch on contact with acidic substances such as lemon juice or vinegar, and it may stain. Use chopping boards and trivets, wipe up spills promptly and clean with a suitable natural-stone cleaner. Sealing improves stain resistance but does not prevent etching. Ask for care guidance for your chosen slab and finish.
Reference images show the character of the stone, not the exact slab supplied. Colour, veining and natural features vary. We confirm the material and proposed layout with you before fabrication.
Start by sending your postcode and plans or approximate measurements. We will discuss the stone, the project scope and the details needed for a quotation. Slab selection, templating, the cutting layout and installation are confirmed as the project progresses. Timing depends on material availability and the work required.
